Effective January 18 2010, Cytopia Ltd (ACN 079 253 606) became a wholly owned subsidiary of YM BioSciences Inc. On this date, Cytopia Ltd's shares were suspended from trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:CYT) and were formally delisted on 5 February 2010.

The primary research activities and all intellectual property are housed in a fully owned subsidiary company, Cytopia Research Pty Ltd (ACN 082 492 680).
