On 1 February 2010 Cytopia Shareholders were issued with shares in YM BioSciences Inc.(YM), in exchange for those shares held in Cytopia Limited at 7.00pm on 25 January 2010. A physical share certificate was sent to all shareholders during the first week of February 2010.

The new YM shares will be registered with the same registration details the old Cytopia Shares held. From 25 January 2010, CIBC Mellon Trust Company, YM's transfer agent, will be responsible for any changes to registered holdings and their contact details are provided below:
