Mr Bob Watson
Mr Watson has more than 20 years experience at CEO and board level of large, profitable technology businesses. He has been the CEO of several corporations including Mayne Nickless Computer Services, Data Sciences International (U.K.) and Lend Lease Employer Systems. In addition, he has founded and developed several very successful businesses in the Information Technology Industry, including ICON that was twice recognised as one of the two fastest growing private companies in Australia. Mr Watson has significant experience in M&A and capital raising. He is a director of the publicly listed on-line employment classified business SEEK Limited as well as several private companies. |

Mr Andrew Macdonald CPA, BBus, B.Sc
Mr Macdonald joined Cytopia in August 2005, as Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary and was appointed CEO in June 2006. He has 20 years of financial and commercial experience working in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Before joining Cytopia, he previously held the roles of Finance Director and Company Secretary in Biota Holdings Ltd, Richard Oliver International Pty Ltd, Willis Ltd and as VP, Finance, and later CEO, of Sharinga Networks Inc. |

Mr David G.P Allan
Mr. Allan has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 1998 and Chairman of the board of directors of the Company since 1994. In addition, Mr. Allan is a Director of Synthemed Inc. (medical devices) USA and DiaMedica Inc. (diabetes therapeutics) Canada. In 1992 he founded the Knowledge-Based Industries Group of a Canadian investment banking firm, organized as the first in Canada involved in financing, analyzing and creating strategic alliances for life sciences and information technology companies, where he was Executive Director until 1998. Mr. Allan was formerly a governor of The Toronto Stock Exchange, a member of the Awards Selection Committee for the Networks of Centres of Excellence in Canada, working group Chair of the Ontario Biotechnology Advisory Board and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ontario College of Art and Design. Mr. Allan is currently a member of BIOTECanada's Emerging Companies Advisory Board. |

Mr Thomas I. A. Allen Q.C., F.C.I.Arb
Mr. Allen is counsel to Ogilvy Renault, a Canadian law firm. Mr. Allen was the initial Chairman of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of Canada and was a member of the Advisory Board of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions of Canada. He is currently a director of a number of public companies including Terra Nova Gold Inc., Mundoro Mining Inc., Middlefield Bancorp Limited, and Thomas Weisel Group Inc. Mr. Allen recently acted as Chairman of the Task Force to Modernize Securities Legislation in Canada. Mr Allen has been a director of the Company since 1996. . |

Mr. Len Vernon B.Sc., C.A
Mr. Vernon earned a B.Sc. in 1968 and was awarded his C.A. in 1972 with Clarkson Gordon & Co. (now Ernst & Young). He has held senior financial positions with a number of organizations both public and private. Prior to joining YM in 1997, Mr. Vernon was an independent consultant working with senior management in a variety of industries. Prior to 1992 he was Vice-President, Finance and Administration of Unitel Inc. (now MTS Allstream Inc.) a major Canadian telecommunications company.
